We do recommend using it with an Ohm Orange Calcite Energy rock, carry it with you during the and/or sleep with it at night. You can make an H20 mix also, but we have found using the dust is better.

Thankfully, I do not have Allergies but so many of my friends and loved ones do. Everyone is Allergic to everything! So naturally I blended AL❀R❀G@Ohm for them. I have been amazed at the results. I don’t Know what is around my office but it literally kills my sinuses everyday during the season changes , especially Spring and Fall. I would not be able to make it without this product! I have exchanged almost all of my “mainstream” medicines for an Ohm product, but this is one of my absolute favorites. For example, this morning I woke up perfectly fine, no sniffles or headache in sight. Get to work, and within five minutes I feel like I am on death’s door. my nose started running, my eyes were watering and I could feel the beginning prickle of a sinus headache. Thank God above for my AL.R.G that I keep on my desk nestled in the Hematite Pebbles. I dusted a little bit below each eye following my cheekbones and ten minutes later, BAM! I can breathe again, no headache in sight and my eyes are no longer looking like I just did a Nicholas Sparks marathon.
