  • Allows stagnant Liver and Gallbladder Qi to flow freely
  • Clears Heat
  • Shao Yang constraint releases
  • Dai Mai regains its regulatory embrace

Shao Yang constraint - Alternating chills and fever, bitter taste in the mouth, fullness or discomfort in the sides of the ribs, nausea

Dai Mai - The only horizontal meridian circles the waist, holds, and regulates the other (vertical) meridians so energy (Qi), fluids, and the body’s upper/lower halves stay in balance.

  • Disruption - too loose or tight, feeling of heaviness around the waist, low-back or hip issues, sinking Qi, dampness accumulation
  • Restoration -  holds and regulates smoothly, allows better flow between upper and lower body reducing stagnation or leakage, and supporting overall balance.
