Bruise! How to UN-SPRAIN an ankle!

These pics were to amazing not to share. These were taken in a 3 day time lapse. The ankle belongs to a 21 year old nursing student. He sprained the ankle 3 days before these pictures were taken and iced it a few times. He was very active during these 3 days, pulling 2- 8 hours shifts and a long evening out, as students will do.  He applied Ohm's Bruise  topical minerals 2x/Day for 3 days.
